The Endless Exercise Goals

So over the past month (give or take) I have been staying on track with my exercise routine. I work out 2 days via my Wii Active and then spend 5 minutes on my Ab Circle Pro and then take a rest day. If my scale is correct, I have lost 6 pounds so far. I want to believe that is so anyway. I like looking in the mirror and thinking "have my legs really shaped up? is my tummy really smaller?". Alongside the exercise routine that I have surprisingly managed to stay consistent at, I have started a low fat diet...mainly saturated fat since that is the evil fat that likes to sneek in and cause mischeif in your body. I have also been able to stay away from fast food which is a fast way of getting that bad fat through food no matter how yummy and tempting it is. Through the curse of weight and wanting to lose it, my husband is so sweet and encourages me to do my best and tells me I did a good job at the end of a workout. He always tells me I look beautiful and that, to him, I don't need to change a bit. Well, as wonderful as that is to hear, I know that I need to keep active and stay in shape before anything gets out of hand. The past several years I have watched my weight creep up higher and higher. Blast you! Why can't we stay how we were at 20 forever?
